This project demonstrates my ability to build logic led systems that prioritise user comfort and intuitive interaction. By designing for immersion and presence, I created a flow that manages four distinct service verticals through a single transactional cycle. The result is a premium experience that gives time back to the user through automated calendar updates and a simplified checkout process.

Primary Objectives
To engineer a multimodal system that mends the friction of multi service coordination by prioritising information hierarchy and logic led design.
I set a strict time limit to build a comprehensive Figma component library and a full MVP for the user journey, ensuring technical parity across touch interfaces.
I focused on managing real world messiness through asynchronous service updates and curated historical data to reduce cognitive load.
The goal was to provide a premium mobile experience that gives time back to the user, distilling complex logistics into a single chronological itinerary with automated calendar and payment integration.
Before initiating the product ideation, I established a comprehensive design system to ensure architectural consistency and technical parity across the entire mobile experience.
8px Grid System
The interface is engineered on a rigorous 8px grid system to ensure mathematical harmony across all layouts. This framework dictates structural decisions, from 16px padding to vertical rhythm, allowing high density information management without sacrificing legibility. It maintains technical parity across devices, providing a stable foundation for complex coordination.
Colour Palette
The identity utilises deep blacks, burnt siennas, and vibrant oranges to evoke premium luxury and warmth. This high-contrast scheme prioritises immersion and presence, using dark surfaces to highlight critical actions. The transition from obsidian to amber accents mirrors a journey toward clarity, ensuring complex logistics feel curated and effortless.
Typography
Typography is anchored by SF Pro for exceptional legibility and functional elegance. The type scale prioritises concise microcopy and contextual information, ensuring booking details remain glanceable. By adhering to this standard, the design achieves a professional, non-performative aesthetic that maintains focus and prevents user overwhelm during the coordination phase.
With the design system established, the focus shifted to engineering a frictionless user experience that leverages AI to manage logistical complexity. By utilising an agentic approach, the system performs the heavy lifting of multi service coordination, including dining, travel, and wellness, silently in the background. User intervention is reserved for high impact dilemmas, ensuring the interface remains concise and contextual while providing a premium, effortless journey from initial query to final itinerary.

I will now detail the user journey, from initial query to final booking confirmation. This walkthrough demonstrates how the system manages high-stakes logistics through an intuitive interaction model.
Component-Driven Architecture and Rapid Prototyping
To adhere to the principles of a rapid prototyping methodology within a strict four hour window, the system was engineered using a modular component library. This approach facilitated non-destructive iteration across the prototype, ensuring that updates to CTAs, background animations, and event containers remained consistent. By building with reusable assets under this time constraint, the process remained efficient while delivering a high-fidelity, premium result.
User Query
The journey begins with a multimodal query via text or voice input. This dual-mechanism approach ensures adherence to accessibility standards while maintaining a premium feel. By offering intuitive interaction, the system simplifies the initial entry point, prioritising user comfort and presence from the outset.
AI Coordination
The system then orchestrates venues by synchronising previous preferences with real-time availability. It presents curated options to the user, highlighting specific decision points where input is required. This agentic coordination ensures the journey remains personal while managing complex logistics silently in the background.
User Decision Points
The system presents three critical interaction scenarios to resolve logistical variables: a booking conflict where an alternative is proactively suggested, a preference check for optimal timing, and a selection between two highly-rated, available hotels. This approach prioritises user comfort by offering on-demand information only when necessary. These micro-interactions ensure the user remains in control while the AI manages the underlying coordination.
Chronological Itinerary and Deep-Dive Coordination
The system presents a consolidated chronological itinerary, providing a seamless overview of the scheduled journey. Users can engage with individual events to access critical details, such as pickup points, driver information, and venue expectations, through on-demand, concise content. This ensures essential information remains legible and contextual without overwhelming the user.
Granular Event Coordination and Visibility
Users may engage with specific itinerary items to access a comprehensive detail view. This layer surface critical logistics, including precise event timing, transportation specifics, and venue expectations, through concise and contextual microcopy. By providing this information on demand, the system maintains a premium experience that ensures the user remains informed without being overwhelmed.
Booking Finalisation
Upon reviewing the sequence of events, the user executes the final booking confirmation to solidify the itinerary. Post-confirmation, the system provides immediate access to the active schedule or the option to initiate a new coordination request. This streamlined transition ensures a premium, frictionless conclusion to the booking phase.
